Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products and final-sale items cannot be returned.
